Graduated from the Medical University of Gdansk, Poland, in 2003. In 2008, he moved to Northern Ireland to continue his core medical training, and in 2010, he began specialising in cardiology. He completed Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Cardiology in 2016. During this time, he also earned a PhD focusing on hypertension in children and adolescents, including white coat hypertension and prevention strategies. He developed a prevention program for hypertension in children, which was implemented by a local council and became part of a routine medical screening initiative.
Since 2016, he has been practicing as a consultant cardiologist in both public and private sectors. To further enhance his expertise, he completed advanced training in interventional cardiology in 2017, followed by a 12-month fellowship at Glenfield Hospital, Leicester.
In 2018, he returned to Northern Ireland, taking on consultant roles at Craigavon Hospital and Daisy Hill Hospital. His areas of expertise include interventional and general cardiology, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Privately Artur is a keen hiker and nature lover with a love for the Mourne Mountains and if not in the hospital or clinic you can find him there. He is also a very keen jogger, enjoys mountain climbing with some of the highest European summits completed. Working hard and being involved in the activities of the local community, I believe to keep the balance just right!

I have had 2 encounters with Mr McCaul now, once last year to fix a perforated ear drum and a few weeks back to have a procedure on my throat.
