We don't expect GP referrals for all appointments, but they are helpful. If claiming from your medical insurance, it is highly likely that they will want a referral letter from your GP so please check with them as individual companies differ.
This is difficult for us to answer as it depends on your cover and what your policy includes. We can advise you on potential costs at the time of booking which you can then discuss with your insurance provider so that they are aware of the potential costs. It's best to keep your insurance provider informed as much as possible.
This again depends on your insurance provider. Most companies will issue you with a pre-authorisation code that acts as payment on the day of your consultation. You give us the code and we take care of the rest.

Encountering a medical challenge can be a frightening and distressing experience. I have had 2 encounters with Mr McCaul now, once last year to fix a perforated ear drum and a few weeks back to have a procedure on my throat. He has helped me in many ways, fixing my eardrum and giving me my hearing back to 100% volume. if anyone has ENT issues, and need a diagnosis or even just a bit of reassurance, This is one Gentleman that I would give the highest recommendation for.
